With what devices is JotAgent compatible?

JotAgent 2 requires iOS 4.2 or greater, and is compatible with all iOS devices as a universal app.

How are the notes formatted when saved?

For Dropbox, they’re saved as a regular text file and UTF-8 encoded. For Evernote, they follow their guidelines for English-language notes.

Is JotAgent capable of saving larger notes?

While JotAgent was designed to save that quick note, it has been successfully tested in saving notes with just over 5000 words.

How can I change my default Evernote notebook choice?

In the app settings, flip the switch for “Reset Notebook Choice” under Evernote.

I’ve enabled TextExpander, yet my snippets don’t work. What’s wrong?

Probably snippet sharing isn’t enabled inside the TextExpander touch app itself. Please verify that all settings are correct.

I forgot my Dropbox/Evernote password. How do I reset it?

Go respectively to dropbox.com or evernote.com and start the password recovery procedure. JotAgent is only a tool for these services and not part of them.

Will you add support for “X” service or Android in the future?

There are currently no plans to provide additional services or smartphone alternatives to JotAgent in the future.
